gets its numbers.

We won’t pretend £200 buys you 50 jobs. The estimator uses real UK cost-per-click ranges and a conservative enquiry rate, then adds our per-lead fee for that trade, so the total you see is the total you’d actually pay.

Higher-value trades cost more per click. A boiler install search is worth far more than a lawn mow, so leads-per-budget differs by trade. Your per-lead price is a flat £30 for now. We tune bids so you’re not paying for clicks that never convert.

Before you ask.

Is there really no management fee?

Correct. We don’t charge a retainer and we don’t mark up your ad spend. We make money only when a genuine lead comes in, so our whole job is getting you enquiries that actually turn into work.

What if a lead is no good?

You only pay for genuine enquiries: a real person, in your area, wanting a service you offer. Wrong numbers, spam, sales calls and out-of-area enquiries don’t count. Flag anything dodgy and we credit it, no argument.

Do I have to fund the ad budget?

Yes. The ad spend goes straight to Google from your card, and we never mark it up or take a cut. Our per-lead fee sits on top of that. The estimator above shows both so there are no surprises.

Should I run Google Ads or SEO?

Ideally both. Google Ads brings leads this week; SEO builds free traffic that compounds over months. Ads give the fastest return, and many trades reinvest into SEO once the work is flowing. Here is how our SEO for tradespeople works.

What is a typical lead cost?

Right now it’s a simple flat £30 per genuine lead, whatever your trade. As we refine things this may vary by trade (higher-value jobs can cost a little more), but we’ll always confirm your price up front.

Can I control how many leads I get?

Yes. Your ad budget sets the ceiling: more budget, more leads. You can turn it up when you’re quiet and down when you’re booked out, any time.

Do I own the ad account?

Always. We build everything under your own Google account, so if you ever leave, the campaigns, history and data stay with you.
