What's included in the setup fee?
The setup fee covers the initial website build: design, content, technical configuration, Google Business Profile setup, Analytics, and Search Console. It's the upfront work that gets everything live and working. After that, the monthly fee covers ongoing hosting, support, and (on Growth and Pro) active SEO work.
What happens after 6 months?
Your plan continues month-to-month with no price change. You can cancel with 30 days notice at any time. No exit fees, no awkward conversations. If it's working, you stay. If not, you leave.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, at any monthly renewal point. Moving from Starter to Growth is the most common upgrade once people see their website working and want to push for more leads from Google.
Do I own my website?
After 12 months on any plan, you can buy your website outright for a one-off fee of £499. You get the full source code, domain, and all content. Your site, your files, no strings. Most agencies never let you own anything.
What if I already have a website?
If you already have a decent website and just need someone handling the SEO side, the SEO-Only plan is £199/mo with no setup fee. We'll audit what you have and start optimising straight away.
Is there VAT on top of these prices?
No. Every price on this page is exactly what you pay. No VAT to add. Most of our competitors charge +VAT, which adds 20% on top of the advertised price.
How is this different from Built For Trades or similar agencies?
Three ways: our Growth plan (website + SEO) is over £1,200 a year cheaper than their equivalent, we only ask for a 6-month commitment instead of 12, and after a year you can own your website outright. They never let you own it.
How long does the website build take?
Most websites are live within 2–3 weeks of our first call. We handle the content, design, and technical setup. You just review it and tell us what to change.
